His responsibilities include the
supervision of the
Well Drilling & Completion activities according to the
Well Integrity Standard, the
maintenance of
Well Integrity and
Achievement of
Reservoir Target, the
Assessment &
Improvement of
Wells Performance, the
development of plans for
solving well problems (
such as Water Production, Scale, Corrosion and
Production Decline), the
implementation of varieties of
Rig / Rigless Works according to
production target and
business plan. He is also overseeing the
review of
Job Designs and the
implementation of these
jobs safely and
correctly with
offshore production team and
service companies.
Mr. Yasser also worked with the Production Engineering Department managing the daily operation Ef ficiency of High rate Oil and High Volume Water Injection Wells, the Chemical Injection Rate Control, the switching of wells between Production and Test Separators or Multi-phase Flow Meters, the Well Test Analysis, the monitoring and posting of Operating Conditions for Wells on Satellite Platforms, and the optimization of Gas Lift Injection Rate for maximum field production. He played a key role as the company's Representative for the chemical treatments of wells.
Earlier in his career life, he started honing his skills and knowledge working with the District Engineering Division. He took charge of the Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis of Well Logs, the Well Testing & Analysis for Production and Water Injection Wells, the preparation for Stimulation, Work Over, Well Test, Wire Line and Perforation programs and Well Performance Evaluation, the troubleshooting and unloading of producing wells at the optimum flowing conditions, and at the same time developing recommendations for Water shutoff using MPBT, Casing Patch, or Cement Squeeze, Perforation and Re-perforation utilizing rig (TCP gun) or without rig (through tubing gun), Rig and Rigless Recompilation, Stimulation and Tubing Cleaning, and Mechanical WorkOvers.

Masters Degrees in
Petroleum Engineering.
