Dr. Wessam Atif MSc., BSc., has an extensive experience in the medical science field. At present, he is the QHSE Advisor/Medical Doctor for Schlumberger. Aside from his administrative & medical duties, he is tasked to establish, maintain, implement and improve the QHSE Management System, develop employee's awareness on QHSE policies & standards and ensure their understanding of HSE objectives.

Likewise, he is also responsible for implementing and assessing health & hygiene policies, as well as inspecting and maintaining first aid kits, medical supplies & equipments.
Dr. Atif has Master's Degree in Industrial Medicine and Occupational Health and Bachelor's Degree in Internal Medicine and General Surgery. Furthermore, he has been awarded International Diplomas on Training & Teaching from Cambridge University (UK); on Occupational Health & Safety (IDipOSH) by the British Safety Council; on Occupational Health & Safety Administration - Certified Instructor by the USA Dep't of Labor and on NEBOSH International General Certificate.
He has had adept and lengthy experience in OSHA Certification, General Industry, Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management System for Loss Prevention Team Leaders (Schlumberger), Rig Medic Certification (Schlumberger), Remote Area Trauma Life Support (Edinburgh) and NEBOSH (UK).
