His expertise range greatly on planning, design, installation, and rehabilitation of Wastewater Treatment Plants, Potable Water Treatment Plants, Drain Aeration Systems and SBR systems for Wastewater Treatment plants and the repair & maintenance of earth moving equipments, heavy construction equipments, diesel engines, pivot machines, and mobile equipments.

Dr. Radwan is currently the Technical Manager for Arab Get Co. while providing Mechanical Engineering consultation services for Euro Co. and for Enviro-Civic Consultancy, on top of being an Assistant Professor with the Mechanical Power Engineering Department at the Zagazig University. He manages and provides consultancy services and at the same while, upholding his fellowship in the university by presenting lectures on Fluid Mechanics, Mobile/Earth Moving Equipments, Engineering Drawing, Mechanical Engineering Drawing, Heat Transfer, Engineering Mechanics, Hydraulic Circuits and Pneumatics, Energy Saving Programs, Thermodynamics, and supervising projects on Wind Energy for Aeration, Surface, Diffused, and Jet Mixer Aerator Design for wastewater treatment plants, and Fall Aeration for Iron & Manganese Treatment of potable water.

Earlier in his long career life, Dr. Abdelhamid occupied different key positions proficiently managing diverse tasks. First, he was the Training Engineer of Misr Co. handling mechanical and earth moving equipments. Then, he became Head of Construction Equipments for both El Harram Co. and Abdel-Kader Khattab Omar Co. supervising the repair & maintenance of heavy mobile equipments, manual and automatic mixer units, concrete pumps, diesel engines, workshop mechanical equipments. Next, Dr. Radwan became Supervisor of the modern irrigation systems implemented by El Ezza Co. where he was overseeing the repair & maintenance of heavy pivot machines, mobile pipe lines, and different sprinkler systems. He was also the Mechanical Engineering consultant for GK Environmental Engineering handling the design of cooling tower system for Fe-Si Iron Casting, the rehabilitation of wastewater treatment plant of Misr Elamria Co., and the main water pump station.

With these experiences and accomplishments, he has been awarded offers for the research, design, implementation and supervision of some experimental work packages for funded projects in the field of water desalination such as ADIRA, Higher Education Enhancement Project Fund (HEEPF), and ADURES.

Dr. Abdelhamid's experience was not only confined to the industry alone. He was also able to largely contribute his expertise and impart his knowledge in the academe. He has engaged himself with researches and lectures in Zagazig University and has held numerous training courses on Dryers Technologies, Rotary & Reciprocating Compressors, Centrifugal Pumps, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Circuits, Aeration Technologies for Water & WasteWater Treatment, SBR for WasteWater Treatment, Mechanical Equipment for Water & WasteWater Treatment.
