He has devised a training program that covers a more holistic aspect of building construction from digging the foundations and pouring the concrete , to installing the slab , building the superstructure , installing the roof , plastering walls , painting , and even in identifying defects and determining why those defects occur and also how to rectify & repair them.

Previously, he was the CEO of Belcon Construction where he undertook many types of construction work mainly in the domestic sector . He likewise carried out many industrial and commercial projects . He has been responsible in building several multi-million dollar luxury homes to the highest standards , did restoration work on very old properties where attention to detail is very important, constructed mini-factories and installed load bearing concrete parking slabs for heavy vehicles in industrial areas.

Earlier in his career life, he had been the National Sales & Marketing Manager for several international companies such as Mercedes , Faberge and Robertsons .

Mr. Bell has a Degree in Marketing & Business Administration from Cambridge University and is a Certified Practitioner of Building Science , Construction Methods and Plumbing .
